A warm welcome awaits you at Park View
Our official opening day on Saturday 20 September was a great success with a huge number of patients and guests visiting the new building to see Caroline Atkins performing the opening ceremony. She is more used to 'opening' as an outstanding opening batter for the England cricket squad, and we were delighted that, as a Burgess Hill local, she was able to open the practice.
Flu clinic
Will be held this year in our new building on Saturday 11 October from 9.30 am. If you are over 65 or a registered carer, are diabetic, or have chronic heart, liver, kidney or lung disease, please make an appointment to receive your free injection.
Going on holiday?
For travel advice and vaccinations for your trip, please book your appointment at the travel clinic in good time (6-8 weeks in advance). It would help us if you could download and complete this travel questionnaire (pdf 50 KB) and send to the practice to arrive one week before your appointment.
The big screen
If you are between 16 and 25 and are sexually active, you are entitled to a free Chlamydia test. Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection which if left untreated can spread to other parts of the body causing pain and infertility problems. You can obtain this simple test from our reception desk - ask for the 'free test'. You can also get it from family planning clinics and some pharmacies displaying 'The Big Screen' sign. Check it out before it causes you a problem.
