Flu clinic now booking ...
Our annual flu clinic is on the morning of Saturday 16 October at the practice. Please phone and book your appointment as soon as possible - you do not need to wait for a letter. If you know someone who is eligible for the vaccine, please encourage them to book in for their flu jab with their doctor. You are eligible for a free vaccination if you are in one of the following groups:
- aged 65 years and over
- aged 6 months or over in a clinical risk group: asthma, diabetes, immunosuppressed, chronic heart, respiratory, renal liver or neurological disease,
- living in long-stay residential care homes
- a carer
- pregnant women who have not already received the H1N1 swine influenza vaccine - this is a new category
Book your appointment online
You can register with the reception team to book and cancel your Doctor's appointments via the internet. You will need to take some photo ID to the practice and complete a registration document. Please allow 15 minutes to complete your registration. Once you have registered, you can book appointments online
Appointment reminders
If you have a mobile phone, we can remind you of your appointment by text message. Please complete a form available in reception, or email your mobile number to parkview@nhs.net. Your details will only be used within the practice and not be passed to anyone else.
New patients
We are currently accepting new patients on to our list if you live in Burgess Hill. As it takes between 7-10 days to register you, please ensure that you have enough medication from your previous GP to ensure that you don't run out. Find out how to register.

Going on holiday?
For travel advice and vaccinations for your trip, please book your appointment at the travel clinic in good time (8-12 weeks in advance). It would help us if you could download and complete this travel questionnaire (pdf 50 KB) and send to the practice to arrive one week before your appointment.
