Book your appointment online

You can register with the reception team to book and cancel your Doctor's appointments via the internet. You will need to take some photo ID to the practice and complete a registration document. Please allow 15 minutes to complete your registration.

Appointment reminders

If you have a mobile phone, we can remind you of your appointment by text message. Please complete a form available in reception, or email your mobile number to parkview@nhs.net. Your details will only be used within the practice and not be passed to anyone else.

New patients

We are currently accepting new patients on to our list if you live in Burgess Hill. As it takes between 7-10 days to register you, please ensure that you have enough medication from your previous GP to ensure that you don't run out.

Seasonal flu injections

If you are over 65, have a chronic condition or are a carer, you are entitled to a free seasonal flu jab. You do not need to wait for an invitation letter, you can book an appointment now Call 01444 244294 and speak to one of the reception team.

Swine flu

The swine flu vaccine is now available at the practice and we are inviting priority groups by letter to attend clinics. We are unable to give vaccinations on an ad hoc basis as we do for seasonal flu as this vaccine has to be mixed up in doses of 10. For up to date information about Swine flu, visit the Department of Health website. The National Swine Flu helpline is available on 0800 1 513 100.

If you think you have swine flu, please contact the National Pandemic Flu Service in England who will be able to quickly diagnose people with swine flu and give them the opportunity to get antivirals from local centres, meaning in turn that GPs' time will be freed up enabling them to deal with other illnesses. We would be grateful if you do not come into the Practice.

Going on holiday?

For travel advice and vaccinations for your trip, please book your appointment at the travel clinic in good time (8-12 weeks in advance). It would help us if you could download and complete this travel questionnaire (pdf 50 KB) and send to the practice to arrive one week before your appointment.
