A virtual patient group is being created to ensure that views of the patients are represented. This may be easier for patients to access.
As well as providing essential back up for the practice staff at the highly successful annual flu clinics, the Patient Group is involved in promoting good health, advising the practice of required services, and producing a newsletter. Patients will also be encouraged to complete surveys online and the patient group will be able to assist patients without a computer to use the newly installed computer in the waiting room. This can also be used to obtain relevant health information.
